TOUR CONDITION

BOOKING	All services should be reserved through "Winsome Myanmar Travels and Tours Co., Ltd" in Yangon.
TOUR COST	All tour costs are quoted nett in U.S Dollars and subject to change without notice.
GUIDE SERVICE	All transfers and sightseeing tours are escorted by local station guide. Cost of services provided by the accompanied guide throughout the tour will be responsibility of the "Winsome Myanmar Travels & Tours Co; Ltd ".
ACCOMMODATION	Accommodation will be provided at your request.
MEALS	Daily breakfast will be provided at the hotels. lunch and dinner can be arranged upon request.
BAGGAGE	Two pieces of baggage not exceeding 44 lbs (20 kg) per person as allowed. Any loss or damage to baggage or belongings are not responsible to the Company. However, the Company will assist for claims.
REFUND OR UNUSED SERVICES	No refund will be given after the commencement of travel for unused tickets, transportation sightseeing tours, accommodations meals or other services either in part or full according to the programmes.
RESPONSIBILITY	Neither "Winsome Myanmar Travels and Tours Co; Ltd" nor any person assisting responsible for any loss, injury, damage, accident responsible for any irregularities sustained by the clients including those occurred outside the out programmes. The company does not accept responsibly for losses or expense due to delay or charges in other services, accident, sickness, weather, tricks, war and other unforeseen circumstances.
Winsome Myanmar Travels & Tours Co., Ltd may substitute flights, with Train, coach services when deems necessary due to circumstance unforeseen or beyond it's control. However Winsome Myanmar Travels & Tours Co Ltd will always make full endeavors to keep up the level of the original tour programmes and arrangements.
